How to Get Up Like a Ninja - Kip Up

Have you ever thought of showing of to your palls your ninja skills? This will Help you doing it!
Know how to perform a Kip up in 4 steps, after you get the hang of it, you'll never forget it (this post also includes a video.

Instructions:
  1. Do a half backroll ( legs must be bent);
  2. Stretch the legs and hips giving an impulse up;
  3. Just After give an impulse with your arms;
  4. You should be standing;
(The impulses must be strong and you won't get it right for the first time so keep trying)
